Your Right to Repair Your Vehicle at Your Shop of Choice

 

 

After an accident, your insurance company will steer you to one of their local preferred shops. It is your right as the vehicle owner to take your vehicle to a repair facility of your choice, regardless of what the insurance company may say. We have the know-how, resources, and credibility to repair your vehicle to pre-accident condition or better.

Warranties on Our Work

 

We offer lifetime and extended warranties on our repairs. These lifetime warranties cover ALL body and paint repairs. If any paint and/or body repair becomes defective due to our repair process, we will fix the repair for free. Our warranties will not cover normal wear and tear.

 

Our warranties also cover certain mechanical work. These do not include repairs that involve wearing parts, such brake pads, tires, bearings, etc.  Product defects from the original part manufacturer may also not be covered.  If you are unhappy with our mechanical repairs for any reason, we will work with you to resolve the issue.
